The Dulles Institute dental implant center

Oral and maxillofacial surgeon Brenton W. Burger, DDS, MS, practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He has over 20 years of experience. This includes the extraction of wisdom teeth, placement of dental implants, removal of oral and facial pathology, treatment of TMJ disorders, exposure and bracketing of teeth for orthodontics, and correction of malpositions and malalignment of the jaws with orthognathic surgery. His particular interest is in placing dental implants for the single tooth to full mouth reconstruction of the entire dentition.

Dental Implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement of teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. The person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat virtually anything and can smile with confidence, knowing that teeth appear natural and that facial contours will be preserved. Dental Implants are changing the way people live. With them, people are rediscovering the comfort and confidence to eat, speak, laugh and enjoy life. For more information about Dental Implants see the drop down menu above or call the office to schedule a consultation appointment.

We also perform chemical peels, microdermabrasion to rejuvenate the skin and to remove dark spots. The Institute provides patients with a variety of medical grade skin care products for acne, sun protection and daily moisturizers to keep your skin rejuvenated. For more deeper wrinkles we offer Laser resurfacing, as well as a procedure called blepharoplasty to remove redundant skin on your eyelids.
