Skin Moles and Skin tags

 

Moles and skin tags of the face can be very unaesthetic.  Moles can be either the same color or darker (melanocytic nevus) than the surrounding tissue.  One should make sure dark colored moles are biopsied to rule out malignancy such as melanoma.  Both skin moles and tags are removed without leaving a scar by either C02 laser or radiofrequency.
