Oral and maxillofacial surgeon Brenton W. Burger, DDS, MS, practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He has 20 years of experience. This includes the extraction of wisdom teeth, placement of dental implants, oral and facial pathology, TMJ disorders, and exposure and bracketing of teeth for orthodontics and jaw surgery. He has special interest and expertise in procedures involving dental implants and facial cosmetics procedures.

Cosmetic Facial Procedures

Dr. Burger offers a variety of cosmetic facial procedures including Botox/Dysport (The other Botox), dermal fillers, and mole removal. We also perform Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion. to help remove fine lines and wrinkles as well as dark spots. We carry a variety of skin care products to help keep your skin rejuvenated. For more deeper wrinkles we offer Laser resurfacing, as well as a procedure called (blepharoplasty) removal of redundant skin on the eyelids. About Our Office and Surgical Staff

Dr. Burger has three state-of-the-art facilities in the Northern Virginia area. Our custom built offices provide fully modern anesthetic procedure rooms where procedures can be carried out under either local anesthesia with nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or with local anesthesia with intravenous sedation for your comfort.
 
Our surgical staff are fully experienced and highly trained in all phases of your treatment. They are highly trained in both anesthesia and surgical assisting. They are also certified in CPR and OSHA protocols.
