At Dulles Institute of OMS, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our front office staff. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. Please bring your insurance information (both medical and dental insurance) with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. Please note that we accept all insurance plans. Claims will be filed to your insurance company. Any remaining balance must be paid within 60 days from the time of the procedure. If your insurance company pays more than the estimated amount, you will be reimbursed once payment is received. Although we may not be participating with certain insurance plans, we can submit a predetermination request to your insurance carrier for authorization. This will provide you with information on how much they will cover for that particular procedure. We also provide financial programs to make procedures more affordable. |
